Wilgespruit Fellowship, in partnership with Case Western Reserve University (CASE), and the National Training Laboratories Institute (NTL) are launching an Appreciative Inquiry Centre for Excellence.
This exciting initiative locates for the first time within the African continent, a Centre where practioners, managers, leaders and those interested in understanding and facilitating transformation initiatives can acquire accreditation from those two world renowed U.S based organisations.
It is envisioned that the Centre for Excellence will work in partnership with CASE and NTL, to create a core teaching staff of Africans who will be similarly accredited as their International counterparts. This is in recognition of the fact that many Africans have not only been exposed to, but have been using Appreciative Inquiry and similar strength-based intervention techniques for some time. The Centre for Excellence will allow these professionals to gain the necessary accreditation withour having to expend the prohibitive resources necessary to attain such degrees and accreditations in the United States. This core teachings staff will in time become the Faculty of the Centre for Excellence, thereby enabling the curriculum to be offered regularly to the public.
